Before application, untreated wood should be sanded (grit 100 – 120). The floor has to dry and clean when the oil is applied. A wood moisture with max. 12 % is recommended. The floor and room temperature should be between 15 and 35°C. During the application and the drying time a good ventilation should be ensured.

2. Apply the product evenly onto 5 – 10 m2 of floor. Let the oil absorb for about 15 minutes.
3. Polish the wood's surface with a polish pad oder a polishing machine until the wood's surface is saturated.
4. Now polish the surface with a cotton cloth, in order to remove any excess oil.
5. After 6 – 8 hours, dry-buff the wood's surface. If the floor' surface shall have an silk-mat appearance, buff the floor with 100 ml of the Diamond Oil for each 10 m2. Polish the oil thoroughly into the floor. Remove any excess oil completey from the floor's surface.
6. Use the floor with caution after 24 hours.
7. The hardening time lasts about three days. After this time, the floor can be cleaned with an Oil Refresher or with an appropriate soap.
