Advanced 2K Lacquer

for the basic treatment of interior wooden floors

The WOCA Advanced 2K Lacquer belongs to a two-component lacquer syste. This lacquer system can be used for all wooden floor types and offers outstanding water and chemical resistance. The floor lacquer is highly scratch-resistant. The Advanced 2K lacquer system is also perfectly suited for intensively used floors, for example in schools, gyms or offices.

The Advanced 2K floor lacquer is available in the container size 5 l and in the degrees of gloss 20 mat and 40 silky mat.

How to do...

1. Mix 100 ml Advanced 2K hardener with 100 ml of water directly in the container. Pour then the mixture into the container which contains the Advanced 2K floor lacquer. Shake the canister well, so that lacquer and hardener can mix. To activate the hardener, wait now for about 10 minutes. The hardener loses its effectiveness four hours after mixing.

2. Has the floor lacquered before, clean it thoroughly with intensive cleaner und sand ist carefully with sandpaper (100 grit). Remove the sanding dust carefully.

3. Apply the Advanced 2K two-component lacquer with a roller or brush.

4. Allow the lacquer to dry for one and a half hours. Sand the surface again, remove the sanding dust and paint the floor again.

When you apply the product, the temperature should be above 15 – 20°C. The humidity should be at a degree of about 55%. A good ventilation should be ensured. You can walk on the floor carefully after four hours. After 24 hours, the floor is slightly loadable. Fully loadable is the floor after 8 days.
