Furniture Oil

for the oil finishing of indoor wood furniture

For untreated and lye treated indoor wood surfaces. Very suitable for indoor furniture. The Furniture Oil has excellent penetration properties and therefore ensures a hard-wearing, dirt and water resistant surface. Furniture Oil, natural is especially suitable for dark wood species, as the warm glow and the natural structure of the wood is kept, while Furniture Oil, white is recommendable for light wood species, as it intensifies the light colour. Furniture Oil is not recommended for flooring.

Verarbeitung und Anwendung WoCa Furniture Oil Furniture Oil is for the oil finishing of indoor wood furniture.

How to do...

1. The untreated wood must be dry, clean and free from grease. Clean with Wood Cleaner mixed with water 1:40.

2. Shake the can carefully before and during use. Apply an even, saturating coat onto a small area. Let the oil penetrate into the wood for 5-10 min. If dry spots appear, apply more oil.

3. Excess oil is removed with a dry cloth or onto next section of wood to be finished.

4. Polish the oil into the wood with polishing pad or cloth. There should be no wet oil left on the wood surface.

5. If a silk-mat surface is required the surface should be buffed with a white polishing pad after 6-8 hours.

6. Do not expose the oiled surface to water during hardening time – approx. 3 days.

Please notice:
Risk of self-ignition: Due to the risk of self-ignition it is important that oil wetted cloths are soaked in water and disposed of in a tightly closed container after use.
